02 Missing RA Fee
Any return received without the RA number will be assessed a $20.00 fee.
03 Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the RA clearly labeled on package.
04 RA Expiration
The RA number will expire 30 days from issue.
05 Processing Time
Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for your return to be processed.
06 Refunds
Return credits are refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
07 Partial Returns
No partial returns on sets.
08 Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ship by trackable means.
