Returns & Refunds
A generous, written-down policy — sixty days, no questions, full refund or credit. The short version on top, the details below.
01 The short version
Schools may return any unmarked book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit. If something is wrong — wrong title, damaged, missing — call us. We fix it the same day.
02 30-day examination period
We encourage schools to crack the spine, read the preface, and test a chapter with a class. If the title is not a fit for your students, return it within 30 days for a refund or credit.
03 How to start a return
Email returns@aop.com with your PO number and the SKUs you are returning. A prepaid return label and an RMA arrive within one business day.
04 Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return. School accounts may opt for store credit at any time.
05 Non-returnable items
Consumable workbooks that have been written in, custom printed materials, and digital downloads cannot be returned. Software activations are non-refundable once redeemed.
06 Adoption returns
If a curriculum adoption isn't working out, email our schools team within the first marking period and we will work out an exchange that doesn't penalize your budget.
